Development Services
Development Services is responsible for the safe development of building and infrastructure through enforcement of the city’s building code, other city codes and ordinances. The Department is comprised of the following, Planning, Building & Permitting, Code Compliance/Animal Control, and Engineering. In addition, the Department works with the following Boards and Commissions: Planning and Zoning Commission, Architectural Review Panel, Zoning Board of Adjustment, and Construction Board of Appeals
