Central Social District

Wins Statewide Award!


Van Alstyne takes home the award for "Best Public Improvement" for Central Social District Park! It all went down last week at the 2025 Texas Downtown Conference in Waco.


Huge shout outs to our City Manager, Lane Jones, for his vision for the park, and Westwood Professional Services for the award winning design.

It's the Police Awards Gala to honor Van Alstyne's finest and raise money for Heroes Park. It's all happening Saturday night at Darling Ranch. The Van Alstyne Police Association has another great shindig planned! Here's a preview...
